The care services is a 4 however a family member there everyday. Those didn't have family seem to get forgotten 3. The staff are very helpful through the process always willing to do try things when dealing with dad. During the week very active. Weekend nothing. Spoke to them about it.

Specifically, Vibrant staff in memory care have been very helpful. Our needs don't include bells and whistles, as my family member is also cared for by hospice. I'm very impressed how clean it is every time we visit. In addition, because my family member is in memory care, and their social and physical abilities have deteriorated, many of the activities, outings, and social events offered by Vibrant and other senior care communities didn't appeal to them. So we selected accordingly.
