CriticalVictory Centre of Roseland
They are a no lift facility. So if a person falls, they may call 911 to lift them. They only clean the bathroom and change the sheets every blue moon. I had to buy a broom and mop so that I can clean. Their food is not too bad. My father just complains about the seasoning.

The facility is nice and convenient, overall. The residents and caretakers are pleasant and helpful. Management and meals/dining services needs improvement. Most days, the quality of the food is extremely questionable. My aunt has received half cooked and sometimes unrecognizable meats and grains. The management seems to be out of touch with the residents and their concerns. The Head of Nursing is difficult to reach and does not follow up on messages without multiple attempts or contacting the director. They over p…

The facility is very clean, it is a newer building. Great staff. Everyone is nice and cordial. My only complaint is the Director of Nursing does not respond to emails or requests.
