Vida springs is extremely affordable in comparison to many other senior living homes we looked into. They are only 15 minutes from us and my brother and his family which makes visiting my dad so much easier! The staff is extremely personable and excellent at their jobs in taking care of my dad. They always call me if something happens, big or small. My dad is extremely happy and comfortable there during his good days! He struggles with dementia so it's not always sunshine and rainbows but they're extremely patient …

Just all around disgusting people. They take advantage of the elderly and treat their employees like garbage. They will steal and go to extreme lengths to cut corners. To the point its borderline abuse. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

The staff is horrible. More interested in smoke breaks than care. They pick their favorites and are harsh to the rest. Even if you provide your loved one with essentials they will do without. Things get stolen or misplaced. They have to ask for toilet paper, there are no paper towels to dry hands and no soap in dispensers to wash with. There is no air conditioning in residents room, only main area of building. They have no activities only coloring books or puzzles. No physical therapy room. Nowhere to sit outside e…
