PositiveI would probably give them a solid 4, just based off of I'm not there everyday to see the whole spectrum of what goes on there. When I go in there the staff.. nurses, assistants and whoever else is there are very friendly and always give us updates. My mom used to get a call I think every week with an update but she hasn't gotten any in a while, just from me. The other thing I don't get and haven't had a chance to ask was when my dad has been taken to the hospital for a few falls, I don't know why the ambulance com…

CriticalMy husband was never evaluated by the RN before acceptance. He was not a candidate for memory care and was accepted anyway. He was there 4 days and I got a call that he "fell out of his bed" and broke his femur. After 11 days in the hospital and surgery he is now in a rehab facility and totally unable to even feed himself. Deane Hill is severely understaffed and uncaring from the staff that is there. The RN that is supposed to be there is often out of the building, no one can find her and she won't answer her phone…
