Great place wrong fit

It's a very nice place. Everyone was very friendly but [name removed] really needed a assisted living place. He's currently in a nursing home. I have recommended a place for mom to others.

Just a few things need help like the menu otherwise it seems good. The staff is great and apartment size is just fine.

Nice Amenities and Friendly Staff

They recognize those residents who are veterans. An honor wall is in the front lobby, very prominent with 8x10 pictures and names. We've had a couple of needs that did not make it to the department we needed. But the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping and maintenance have kept my dads apt clean and in good working order. We do some additional housekeeping on the days we come to visit. I've made connections with some residents. My family's disappointing experience

The leasing agent made promises she wasn't able to keep. ex: she promised new appliances and that never happened. She noted that they don't nickel and dime you, it is just one flat rate for everything. Yet as of this past December, they are now charging for a number of different items. She also stated they had a home health care person they worked with who could provide an evaluation for my dad and provide any services needed. Do not recommend, very disappointed

The move in process was awful. The apartment wasn't ready on time. They promised a credit which we still haven't seen 3 months later. And since the initial communication they aren't responsive.

Great place, super friendly and willing to help and assist with every question. Very professional and truly concerned about the well-being of all the residents.
