My grandma recently passed away and lived at Village Manor for 3 years. The staff was beyond thoughtful, caring and friendly. Our family can not say enough about her care team at the facility. On the day of her passing they even displayed a bouquet in her honor on the grand piano. So many staff told us wonderful memories they had with her. The whole experience with Village Manor, Howell was outstanding. The sales process was friendly, there were no surprises, the facility is clean and doesn't have that nursing home smell. The food was outstanding. And the individual people were dedicated and concerned for my brother. Nothing short of amazing happened there.

I think there could be more variety in some of the meals offered. I love how they have music acts, bingo, Friday happy hours, crafts and sound much more. The staff really seems to care about my mother, and that means the world to me. I gave care a "4" because there is a lot of turnover, especially in the overnight hours.

Village Manor is very willing to work with your specific needs. Lots of amenities. Staff is cheerful, kind and very helpful. Great care given. Facility is very clean. Atmosphere is very upbeat. Lots of useful stores near by. Interior is open and cheerful. They provide religious services. They provide HomeMD so most medical services can be dine indoors.
