great community for seniors

There is only one elevator and it is not very big so sometimes you have to wait. Over all everything is quite nice for the price and care. Internet and Cell connection is problematic at times. Food is good and there are plenty of activities. A great sense of community here with the residents.

The staff was friendly. The sales team, [name removed] in particular, were very nice and very helpful. The cost of the units and the amenities offered helped us to make our decision.

Nothing to report at this time. Everything appeared to be fine but the cost was a little over budget for me.

We began the journey to find a place for my mom a few months ago. At that time she was not ready to look at places. So, we kept the contacts we had generated for future use. Things changed and a move was no longer optional. I live several states away from my mom. The staff at the Virginian did a virtual tour with me. The next day they went and picked my mom up for her to have a tour. My son was able to meet her there. She ate lunch, met some people and picked a place to live! Moving Dad to the Virginian has been a blessing. The staff and his care team are amazing and he loves the activities. The facility is always clean and the grounds are nicely kept!
