[name removed] gave us a great tour. There was a scheduling conflict at first but we were able to work through that. I appreciate [name removed] effort to resolve it especially since I was coming in from out of town to tour the facility with my mom.

[name removed] was very thorough in her questions and provided great answers to my questions. Our family will be discussing the next step Vitalia Mentor is a beautiful facility

People are professional and compassionate. Dining room compares to many quality restaurants. Facility nicely designed and decorated.

Don't waste your money!!! This site is deceiving. Poor food, poor care. Not at all what they advertise.

This site is deceiving. Poor food, poor care. Not at all what they advertise. The food is poor, the Bistro is empty--especially if on assisted living side. If you need help or fall, respond time is 20-40 minutes. Administration gives "lip service" but does nothing to improve the poor services and typically ignores calls. Be prepared to get "Nickel and Dimed" for services you rarely or never see. Corporate cuts corners in care. Understaffed daily. Very disappointed in the poor quality for big money. Keep looking.…

Keep looking

They won't show this. The care is very poor. Assisted living technology doesn't work and response time for calls is 20-40 minutes. Administrators do nothing but say what they think you want to hear. The food is poor, care is poor and corporate is cutting corners to save money. Very poor place.

Review for Vitalia Active Adult Community at Mentor

My mom is very happy there. she's made friends, takes advantage of all the activities and likes her accommodations. Little pricey. I was a little shocked by the rent increase this year. kinda wish they would cap her rent as she is turning 98 in January afterall. She loves the staff. She also loves the fact they provide Catholic services every Sunday there. She does complain about the food sometimes, but she is a very picky eater. Even when we take her out to dinner, she's rarely satisfied. I've had the food there …
