Vitalia Active Adult Community North Olmsted

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The grounds were amazing including a bocce court, walking paths and an area for residents to garden. The facility was incredible! The rooms were spacious. I liked the balcony or patio option. The dining area was impressive in terms of the variety of food for each meal on the menu and the fact that the dining area is open all day. The theater, library and game rooms were an added plus. We were welcomed by a Vitalia staff person and were taken on a thorough tour of several apartments and the resident activity areas! Overall we were impressed! The major concern is the distance from the two Bedroom apts to the dinning activity areas! We plan to visit Vitalia Westlake to see it it has a better layout!

The person who gave us the tour was very kind and knowledgeable. My father liked that the location was new, and we were pleased that their meals are offered during a twelve hour block instead of three specific times.

The staff is caring and efficient, and the activities are varied and fun. I would recommend the community to others who are searching for one and have done so.

Rep from Vitalia spent an hour and a half with myself and my sister. [name removed] was informative and friendly. She was not rushed, answered all of our questions. The suite was clean and welcoming. For the right individual, it appears to be a very nice facility with many amenities.
