Room for Improvement

My mom is a force and making the best of her situation, but she tells me the food is often very greasy, her room is not cleaned regularly ( although that may have changed as of this week), and the response time to her call button can be as long as 3 hours to not at all ( she now calls the nurses' station). Vitality has location on its side for our needs.

Overall very pleased with vitality. Nice facility, good staff and quality of care. My father doesn't participate in many of the social activities but they certainly have a busy and varied agenda of activities and events. He enjoys the food, good variety and quality.

Yes, I could recommend Vitality.

CAnnot comment on the activities, did not use. I didn't live in Vitality Living. My husband was there for a month of respite care. I was impressed with the health care which my husband received. Hector, the head nurse, was especially attentive and noticed a problem before anyone else did and acted promptly. I was out of state and he and Avenal, the director seems to look after the residents with compassion and empathy and patience. Those were the best features I can think of. Review for Vitality Living Arlington

The staff is wonderful and so helpful during our move in; everyone seems to be smiling all the time! They have lots of fun activities and everyone is looking forward to go on outings this spring; the brand new renovated interiors are beautiful and very tasteful. It's also nice to have a little "mini" activity room on almost every floor with different activities - one for board games (new, high quality), another for puzzles, a library, an artist studio, etc.

Vitality Living: A caring, friendly place.

My sister moved into Vitality Living on [date removed] and so far she and I have been very pleased with the care and services. Vitality is a friendly, welcoming place, with a range of activities for all levels of residents. There are plenty of parties and holiday celebrations that have been great fun.
