PositiveFirst of all, Cogir Alexandria Filmore is beautiful facility. It’s probably fairly or atleast very well maintained. Unfortunately, I forgot to put oon my hearing aids, but luckily my tour guide spoke clearly. I toured from an Independent point of view, and at the end I was put off at first by costs. Then I looked at the assisted living document and saw what thought was a doable price. So i decided to remain independent in my current apartment until I needed assisted living.

The facility is very nice and well located near a lot of amenities but set back from the main roads. The apartments are on the small side but typical for what is available in the area. The staff is mostly very good but we have had some experiences which evidence a lack of training and inconsistent staff quality. Management is very responsive but overall more training for the staff would be beneficial.
