Our Family Experience

The community is kept extremely clean, they decorate for every holiday, they do lots of events that include family, and have some tenured employees that love the residents like family. My mother is in Memory Care.

Room for improvement

Extremely poor food service /food quality Long response time for staff to respond to calls for assistance via pendant button Unverified charges / inaccurate accounting in the business office After hours/ late night remodel construction noise keeping residents awake- disturbing loud construction as late as 10:00 pm

Vitality Living Franklin

In my opinion, for the price They charge, I give them an overall rating of a low three. Reasons are: The cleaning staff took a "Hit it a lick and seldom a good cleaning." The place is very ”clique(ish) and exclude all but certain groups. The management is seldom seen out among the population and communicate through "elected" flunkies who strut around and have meetings. Food service is pathetic with food barely edible, served by people hardly capable of delivering burgers at a drive-through. The best service BY FAR…

Our family's Experience

We had to move my parents quickly and the entire staff was extremely helpful and kind guiding us along the way. The staff made sure they were settled in and had a current resident assigned to them to take them to meals for a few days. The chef personally came to their room to ask about what things they enjoy eating. My parents have been well taken care of here and are continuing to do better than when they were living in their own.

Great Care in the Memory Care Unit.

The Chef goes to great lengths to ensure you have the food you like and will make special items if you don't like what is on the menu. [name removed] in sales is wonderful and will help in any way she can. All staff are very kind but often short staff. We did have many problems with agency staff fill ins. We were in Assisted living then later moved to Memory Care. The staff in memory care went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. The head nurse, [name removed] in Memory Care, actually sat with my mother-in-law …
