I love it here! The staff is great and the main reason I chose this place. They are like a family. The apartments are nice. Not large but enough to live comfortably. Always more than enough to do and care is excellent. Forgot to mention the food is ample and delicious and boredom not a problem because we have more activities and entertainment than time sometimes

Food/dinning experience has been horrible for my grandmother. They are understaffed to the point the med techs were having to wait tables, it was taking well over an hour to get served. They also nearly killed my grandmother. Shes allergic to shellfish and they put sausage gumbo on the menu failing to state it had shrimp and other seafood in it. We've had problems with the med administration team reading her script wrong and giving her too much miralax and caused her to have an accident. She has dementia and they …

Staff was/is very friendly and helpful when asked for help, even though I am a foreigner every time I came I was assisted the best and fastest way. Always a nice chat, at the front desk, laundry or anywhere on the floors or dining rooms. Great exercise classes, great soups and dishes, my aunt had a chance to enjoy good food for her last 3 years of life as she disliked cooking and was happy about this treat. She lived by herself mainly before that and cooked just one big pot of chicken soup for the whole week, week…
