CriticalThe room size was very good. The lighting in the room was terrible. The facility seemed clean, did not smell bad and had a lovely terrace out back. For a place where all seniors live we were surprised there were no handles in the bathroom or shower area and the bathroom didn't seem handicapped accessible. Some of the staff were very nice and very helpful. My mom was not an easy resident often yelling for help etc. Staff were always willing to answer our questions. Putting it off cause one thing and another and chanced the month a couple times, also it was 3 of us / my sister and brother that was providing different info that Tom needed .
