Our family's experience

There are two employees that need to be trained on how to handle dementia patients. I have been there personally one time when they weren't treating my father very kindly. I did tell them about that. My father loves the food they serve which is wonderful! The place is extremely clean which is nice. My father will be dressed in the same clothes for days even though we have plenty of clothing for him in his dressers! We have pajamas for him to wear at bedtime but apparently that's too much trouble for them to chan…

They were very friendly. [name removed] knew the residents and talked a little with them. We saw one of the studio apts and the resident was there and kindly let us look around the room. I liked that there was a separate room where we could have a private family lunch if we wanted to or a little private party. Looks like there are a lot of things to keep the residents busy if they want to be. It all looked very clean.

Worth looking at this facility.

Room for improvement

They are not fully equipped with staffing and or with experienced staff. I've been experiencing issues DD with this for the last couple months. The admin staff and activities staff are great.

Availability and price is why we chose them. I would recommend to others.

I recently toured this facility as a possible future home for my parents. The tour was very nice and [name removed] was so helpful! At this time, we feel that my parents are ready for an independent living facility, not assisted living at this time. Best Regards, [name removed]
