The staff I have met seem to truly care about the residents even though as in our case the resident is overall selfish and irritating. Also like visitation of medical personnel. Don’t see much that could be improved on given the cost

The executive director Adam is amazing. He made the transition for my grandmother from IL so easy. Very kind and funny guy. All employees are so nice and happy. The energy from the staff to the people staying there is great. The facility is clean with no smell which makes me happy and the entertainment is great. Some staff were friendly & competent while others lacked knowledge & training with the elderly. On mom had been transferred to a behavioral center while at Viva for medication regimen evaluation. Once stable was discharged. On Thanksgiving Day we were notified that Viva would not take her back due to possible elopement risk. She was discharged with no place to go. Family had a tremendous hardship

The staff members have been very professional and personable. They go above and beyond for the residents. The facility is absolutely beautiful! It is always clean and offers a welcoming atmosphere for residents and family members!
