PositivePeace of mind
I did enjoy her being at Walton Place. I trusted their care, they were very responsive about her health, plan of care and changes in her health were taken seriously as they called the hospital in a timely manner when she needed a higher level of care. I didn't like that they couldn't do a debit or credit card payment over the phone. I've sent them checks that still haven't been cashed. Which now I'll just stop payment on the checks and send in cashier check/money order for the outstanding balance. Other than that W…
