CriticalFor $[removed]k/month, breakfast consists of cereal, juice and intermittent hot food service. Lunch is not served. Dinner is often not as described, portions get smaller, and if you request delivery to your room, it may or may not arrive. Budget cuts are continuous, solicited suggestions from residents are ignored and management claims to have no ability to affect change. I’ve witnessed staff speaking rudely to residents and one resident wandered the building for 2 days, sleeping in the lobby because he couldn’t f…

PositiveStaff was very helpful and move in went smoothly. They urgently needed to move in, but couldn't get their desired apartment at that time. Once one became available they were able to move them into that apartment. Then my father's condition declined and we were able to move him into assisted living while my mother stayed in her apartment. She is able to visit him and eat with him daily, but can continue to participate in independent living activities. I highly recommend the facility. They feel very comfortable there…

PositiveThe staff was very easy to work with, very sensitive to our needs and very helpful with all the things I may not realize I would need. Communication was excellent and my texts and calls during the process were always answered promptly. It was a difficult move at the time, but now my parents are thriving and have friends, activities and a safe and comfortable way to live. The physical and occupational therapists are the best. They enjoy the food and I am happy that I can rest assured they are receiving healthy food …
