Most of the staff is very helpful and kind. There are some staff members there who work in the office who are not very communicative. And we have been disappointed on some issues that we have brought up.

At the time we signed, they were offering a very generous discount. And we liked the amenities and the apartment. Even when we had to move her to the Assisted Living side, they honored the discount. The admin staff has been very good to my Mom. Sometimes she complains that the daily staff do not get to her quickly enough, but...she is not always easy to please... Admin and aides are good at letting me know if anything is going on with my mom.
