Terrible

What was once a 5-star, beautiful facility with accommodations for independent living, assisted living, and memory care has deteriorated into a 1-star, unsafe, unsanitary, and poorly managed, pest-infested community where seniors are treated with disregard and disrespect by management.

Horrifying place

This place got new owners in March. Do not send your loved one there. The new owners are cruel and mercenary. Staff are leaving in droves. There were excellent CNAs, but they may not be staying. They don't adhere to payment agreements and neglect the elderly by not giving them medications, stopping services without telling the family and letting them wander as they please. They've had bedbugs, roaches and ants repeatedly the past 8 months. Common garbage areas are nasty and filled with flies. Residents' belongings …

Would not recommend

The care is terrible. They gave a lot of empty promises and as a result my mom's condition has significantly advanced. On their memory care unit the quality of Healthcare was severely lacking i.e. my mom wore a dexcom on arrival to the facility which constantly monitors her blood sugar and the facility refused to reapply every 2 weeks calling it a skill but checked her blood sugar once daily pricking her finger. poor dietary choices, administration doesn't communicate with families

very frustrated with the lack of communication with families of residents, many who are 80+ and need the consult of family members. Site directors do not return phone calls . Changes in policy are announced and not put in writing, I am very concern about their ethical practices regarding the treatment of sharing information with residents and their families. Another concern, is the lack of good dietary standards for seniors with high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease.

Overall I am pleased with this facility. My mom is comfortable and is adapting well. The facility makes it easy for move-in and the staff was helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this facility
