PositiveShe has moved into Watermere and is liking it. She got settled in about 3 weeks ago. Their chef quit the Friday before she arrived, so the food has been a challenge. But that seems like it will be fixed soon. Her apartment is beautiful. Activities have been nice.

PositiveI would rate Watermere A+. To me it's exactly what I dreamed it would be. The staff is awesome, food is excellent and there are more than enough activities if you choose to participate. Communication is A+. It is strategically located with plenty of shopping and eating places close. It is super clean and everything is very updated. I am very happy here.

PositiveStaff and residents are all very friendly. Place is exceptionally clean and smells good. Lots of activities, more than I need personally. I do play cards and attend bible study. Food is good and plentiful. Apartment is very spacious, 1100 square feet. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Open living area and kitchen, new appliances. Extra large closet off of master bath. I am very pleased with my decision to move to Watermere.

PositiveI give Watermere 5 stars. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Had some AC issues, but maintenance took care of it quickly. Dad likes the gym and the area to walk. Very clean and they offer lots of things to do. The only complaint is my Dad doesn't always like some of the food they serve. But what I have eaten has been good. Overall the place is nice and working out good.

Having lunch everyday but no dinner is a giant roadblock to the socialization of the residents. My mom says that almost no one comes down for lunch because it is overpriced and is served almost immediately after breakfast. The breakfast hours are not long enough--they stop serving too early for residents who take longer in the morning to get ready for the day. The safe…

PositiveIt’s a lovely facility and I was favorably impressed all around. My issue is the meal plan or lack thereof. I need a place that serves at least 2 meals a day, and the food service at the Watermere shuts down at 1:00pm! Although I really liked the kitchens, a smaller version would work for me, like no dish washer, no garbage disposal, no oven. I ‘m still looking and considering, so you may see me/hear from me again!
