Watermere at Frisco

We've requested apartment cleaning four times now. Each time, we were given a scheduled day, but no one ever showed up. It's very frustrating to keep making requests without any follow-through. What will it take to get our apartment cleaned? We're in Apartment [number removed] and would appreciate having this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Great Choice

For independent living there are several outside services offered. chef has been there several years. Good variety. Main dining room serves lunch daily and dinner on Tuesday and Thursday only. Upstairs dining room serves all meals for additional cost. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Minor issues/questions are resolved quickly. Staff is always available via appointment through the concierge to discuss needs. The concierge desk is open daily early morning to 7:30 pm and can help with many smaller requests.

What I like the most about the community is that the people are very friendly and it is a safe and secure place. The food is also great. Yes, I would recommend Watermere at Frisco to other families based on the experience so far.

Comfortable retirement living

The meals are high quality, the chefs are excellent. There are lots of social activities. The staff is very helpful. The apartment is spacious and nicely appointed with granite and high quality flooring and carpet.

Residents and Staff are great. There are plenty of games and activities. It feels like your living on a cruise ship that doesn't go anywhere. The food is very good and lots of entertaiment as well as special events and holiday celebrations.

I have lived at Watermere for two years. It is an excellent place for seniors who want to live independently without the responsibilities of home ownership. There are many activities including games,, social hours, trips, gym, and swimming activities plus more. I would recommend Wetermreer to anyone for a fun, well managed iidependent living facility.
