Peace of mind for our family-exceptional care at Wesley Assisted Living

I have had a great experience...the staff is extremely friendly and attentive, every time i have went the facility is clean and smells fresh. My mom seems to be in such better spirits and she now has friends and activities to keep her entertained during the day. Her room is a good size with a huge bathroom, plenty of space to move around. Overall I am grateful that I was able to find such a nice place and it's 7 min from my house

Turned out with 15 days notice and attempt to force into skilled nursing

My 95-year-old mother moved into Wesley Enhanced Living assisted living in August 15th. The facility was initially satisfactory, nice apartment, good activities. However, on September 15th, I was informed that the facility was closing due to a failed sale, giving us 30 days to move out, violating the contract. They insisted my mother needed skilled nursing despite no change in her condition. They refused to share the reassessment details. Eventually, they offered a small room at Stapeley. The facility's rapid decl

Please accept our sincerest condolences for the loss of your mother. Per the concerns you have expressed, Wesley Enhanced Living provided the legally required period of notice for the transition of residents from our one site to their choice of our other nearby communities. We operate with complete transparency, and it is up to the family members whether or not to follow our clinical recommendations on the appropriate level of care for their loved one. Please contact our Executive Director at Stapeley, Ken Beiler, at kbeiler@wel.org if you would like to further review the details related to your mother's stay.

Staff Make It Happen

My sister was a resident until her passing. There is charm in the age of the facility with efforts to connect the "old" with the "new." My sister had lived in a number of facilities, but due to the closing of the two other sites, she had to move twice. Stapeley was her third residence. She was anxious and concerned about another move. Surprisingly, she adjusted rather quickly. Her room was simple, and all that she needed. She made friends and connected with the staff. She knew their names and welcomed their care a

Our Experience

My loved one is currently a resident at Wesley Enhanced Living at Stapeley and the overall experience has been great so far. The Administration (Director of Admission and his Associate), the RN and the Director of Nursing work well together and have a keen sense of how to help older folks find a comfortable home at the various levels at Stapeley. I have no experience with the food, but my loved one seems satisfied with it.
