They claim to be fully staffed, but most days, especially @ night, seem understaffed. They have a salon for the residents, but it has been closed over 4 months due to a pipe bursting and the room flooding. They have been through several different head chefs in the past year, & can't seem to keep a good one. Most of the staff is friendly, but there are a few med techs that I'm not sure were fully trained

I could see a big problem after he was there the first 3-4 months! Then there was a turnover but didn't change much! Very nice, clean, facility, but the Menu never changed, same thing over and over, sometimes cold! If patients didn't feel like going to dinning room and they ate in room, they charged an extra [fee removed] to take to your room , crazy for the amount a month you pay, should be included! Short staffed all the time! Medication not handled properly! I will just stop there! Employees needed better traini…
