Westchester Harbour

NEVER AGAIN

My mom has been at Westchester Harbor for a year and half. I would never again place a family member here. It is no longer owned by the Wesleyan church and the new owners and directors are horrible. Very unprofessional and always defensive. Food is terrible and often difficult for elderly patients to eat. We always have to beg for our mother to get a shower. And constantly ask them to brush her teeth and change her clothes. He toenails were Allowed to get too long to the pint. She couldn’t put her shoes on. Back in…

Best assisted living facility by far! The building is clean and very homelike. The staff are the best in the business.

This is a very nice facility. My sisters-in-law is a resident and loves it. The meals are good and the staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend Westchester Harbour.

OK place. Nice facility. Small rooms, good size bathrooms. Nice areas for residents to enjoy the outside.

Friendly, responsive staff

I think they do a good job overall at Westchester Harbour! I found everyone here to be very courteous, and very interested and focused on my loved one's care. They've been very accommodating throughout the whole process, and they respond quickly to requests and questions.
