PositiveMy family member and I received a two hour tailored visit of the entire facility with emphasis on the independent living studios we asked to see. We met other employees and residents as we moved through the tour and learned about each aspect of Westerwood. The community is amazing - we especially loved the art studio, library and raised bed gardens. The integration of the entire campus was so thoughtful and the different events and activities going on at all times shows a vibrant and active community.

PositiveVERY RESPONSIVE TO PATIENT NEEDS!
Pleasant living situation; Clean; Upbeat employees; The only issue I had was when employees would quit, there would only 1 aide trying to cover the whole floor. Then my brother would not get one of his 2 baths/week. Every facility has problems with employee overturn. I have to say the employees seemed happy working at Westerwood and I believe they were paid better than at some other facilities. Therefore, they seemed to have far less employee overturn at this facility.

Super friendly, efficient are their jobs, NO tipping or gifts allowed - could be immediate termination if caught. Polite, go above and beyond. Wait staff mostly students so turnover is to be expected. The staff will answer all questions and needs or find someone for you who can.
