PositiveIt is a nice place. People and staff are friendly quality of care is very good. Administration at corporate level is too budget conscious resulting in complaints. It is a Jewish faith based residence. The food is ok but it is a kosher kitchen which means no pork products(bacon, ham, ribs etc). You can't have meat and dairy at the same meal. No celebrations for Christmas, Valentines Day , St Patrick's day or any non Jewish holiday except patriotic days - July 4, President's Day etc. All in all it is a nice place to l…

PositiveWe have had good experiences so far with Wexner. We came from a facility where the care was horrible, so this place has been a breath of fresh air. They have always been upfront, and have always worked with us on any questions or issues.

CriticalWe chose Wexner Heritage Village Creekside and Cottages because of the proximity to my house, it's only 10 minutes away. When she was in assisted living, I went there two to three times per week. My sister is pickier than most when it comes to food, and the food is kosher. She loves a good cheeseburger, but I think it's fine for most people.

PositiveMy siblings live together in a spacious two bedroom apartment. The staff and residents are very friendly and helpful. There are activities for the residents and hopefully there will be more and diverse activities added to the main schedule soon.
