PositiveOur family's experience
AMAZING. Diane was getting zero care from my dad for the past 2 years. She's getting 3 meals, bathing (not without cussing) and she's locked in and safe. I can't even begin to tell you how many times the police and APS had been called about her in austin. I'm thrilled with them and honestly can't believe their fees are so fair. The new director is so sweet. Staff has all been there for a long time!!! Couldn't be happier.

My mother was a resident of Wholehearted senior living in Fort Worth for six months. She passed away on [Date Removed]. The hospice nurse is the one who called to inform me of my mother‘s passing, no one from the facility, reached out in any way.I was charged the months stay on [Date Removed], the day after she passed. When I was admitting my mother to the facility I was told if a resident passed away there was a prorated amount that you paid, but they have not followed through on that.
