PositiveFeels like home!
WIndsor Ridge wrote the book on person centered care! I have never been associated with a place who truly embraced the residents and made them family until I found this facility. It truly feels like my loved one is a part of a family that includes the other residents, the staff members, and MY family. CriticalManagement is awful
The only reason I give 2 stars on this review is because many of the nursing and kitchen staff have been very dedicated to my family member living here. Besides that, this place is questionable at best. First of all, the new website from the new owners has many lovely photos of "the facility" but none of them are from the actual facility which is VERY misleading. And we have had MANY issues that have been addressed with several upper staff members with medications being given incorrectly. We have been told that th…
