You can do better

Don't put your family member at Woodbridge. Mother was there for 4 years. In short, this facility suffers from a bad case of "Who Cares?". I'm a realist and I understand the difficulty of operating such a facility. But there was just something wrong with this place as far as attitudes went. My father also went thru AL/Dementia and the facility he was in was just head and shoulders above Woodbridge. Yes! There is a place like home.

Every single staff, member, or admin, who is friendly, courteous, helpful, and so very kind. Absolutely would recommend to anyone, the building itself is beautiful and clean. The grounds are lovely and immaculately cared for and the staff could not be more knowledgeable and friendly. It truly felt like Home.

They take great care of my dad. They worked with us for weeks to get him admitted as he first needed to recover from a serious health emergency. They worked with his prior facility as well. They are very supportive with ongoing care.

Very satisfied

My mother lived at the community and I feel like she is getting what we're paying for. The building is always clean when I visit. and the maintenance team is outstanding. Very personable and quick to take care of issues. My mom really enjoys the activities, especially ningo and there is amways something going on. Overall she feels safe and comfortable there and I am satisifed with the apartment and care.

Highly recommend, great facility

Woodbridge has a lot to offer. They are very patient and caring. If you're looking for a place for your loved one...Woodbridge is excellent. My sister isn't fitting in but she's very dependent on me. I'm hoping with more to time ,she will. For other's tho this is a very nice community
