My mom was in memory care, the facility and her room were super clean, the staff friendly, the food without salt of course. They are probably understaffed as I had to help a lady in a wheelchair get to her room and go to the bathroom and the staff member I told that she will need help getting up said "that's not my job". They celebrate holidays and fun things but most entertainment was a tv constantly on in the community room. I liked how they helped residents dress for each day. There are no activities for dement…

Felt like home

They really cared about my husband, caregivers always had a smile on there faces, they also were concerned about me, how I was doing. They got to know my husband he wasn't just a resident

Like Family

Proximity and different levels of care. All under 1 roof is what stood out. The staff was very helpful, and everyone from the kitchen crew to the front desk gals are very friendly.

Highly recommended overall.

The deciding factors were overall feeling, cleanliness, staff demeanor and existing residents demeanor. On the day i made my decision the afternoon sun was coming in a n expansive beautiful space, there was laughter and the staff seemed like they truly enjoyed their jobs. The biggest selling point was my moms future room was a corner with lots of windows and little noise. I think the food could be improved but the menu seems great. I was at Woodlake the beginning of this month. They are obviously doing a good job keeping it nice. Looks like was just remodeled. Has a great vibe and stands out as a community with integrity and a great staff who really care.
