[name removed], the doctor that cares for the residents is outstanding, she has great communication and is genuine in her care. The weekly cleaning of the residents rooms is unfortunately lacking in effort. I wish more time was spent on the floors and bathrooms. Overall, our mom feels safe and likes the space she has in independent living. The staff is kind to residents and families. Our family does appreciate the effort made at Woodland Hills to create a sense of home and home community.

Woodland Hills Community

We, his siblings removed him from Woodland as soon as he was physically able to return home. We were not at all satisfied with the medical support at Woodland and the staff changes were almost daily making organization most difficult. We did much better having in-home nursing. Not likely to repeat a placement at Woodland or other similar places as we assume the same issues of staffing and competence. Nice place if you're just old, wealthy, relatively healthy, and your family doesn't want to deal with you anymore.

I recently visited Woodland Hills for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, and was truly impressed. The community is beautifully maintained, with exceptional staff who ensure every resident feels valued and cared for. Activities are vibrant and engaging, and the meals are nutritious and delicious. Woodland Hills stands out as a warm, welcoming community that respects and enhances the quality of life for all its residents. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a supportive living environment.

My tour of Woodland Hills Community was very good. It was a very lovely facility because it's quite new, so it's very beautiful. And they have some unique features for their residents that are quite nice. One is that they offer enrichment classes for their residents. I was fortunate to be part of a comprehensive tour led by RUI’s [removed]. To say I was impressed with Woodland Hills is an understatement. Woodland Hills Community

Woodland Hills is a wonderful community in Roanoke. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking. The staff is lovely, the building is absolutely beautiful. It is the newest build in the area. They have lovely residents and amazing food.
