They're having a lot of internal problems right now. Problems with the plumbing. [Name Removed] Got an awful lot of ants this year. Get a tour of three on the scale of good to bad. Their dietary the food isn't that good. And they're always short staffed in the dietary server department. If I was not putting my mother in a place like this I would say no.

There are lots of opportunities for people in the independent living apartments to participate and meet people. My dad was unable to fully participate due to his deafness and age (95), but folks were friendly. Waved and smiled at him. he felt a part of the community, even though he was not able to participate. He needed the oversight of the people in this community, even though he was needing/wanting to be independent. affordable. clean. friendly. I think a good place.

Overall rating is 4, because I asked if We could Administer my Father's 4 Medications ourselves in stead of them. And they keep says we will ask the Dr. - yet it's been 5 Months at $[removed]per month for that Service, and to still No. Yet I have a Alarm pill box, An Amazon Alexa to remind him, Plus I can call . I even have a Camera and a Light to flash as a Reminder. They have slot of Outings, Publix and Walmart 2 times a week. And a couple other trips weekly. Entertainers come by 2 times a week.

I waited about 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there, even though I was visible. The lady ([name removed] , I believe) never even stood up to greet me. She ultimately gave me a pkg. of material. She said I had a tour booked for a different time and something about notes indicated I could not afford $[fee removed]. Both were incorrect. A great place for your loved one.

I would give them a 5 for everything They were exceptional. You get a great feeling when you first walk in the door. It's very light, bright homie feeling. It has a more homie, feeling to it then and rich uppity feeling to it. The residence were all very friendly. [name removed] had us eat with a couple of the ladies there. They were very friendly.
