CriticalHow can this place get a high reviews. My relative is a resident there. She was moved from ALF floor to memory care. Took two weeks to get her phone and cable fixed. Kept saying someone would be out to fix it. The family ended up getting everything fixed. The last two weeks have been in 90s. No AC in the room! Family was visiting trying to figure out the problem with the switch on the wall. Come to find out there is no AC in this particular room! A 90+ elderly patient has been suffering until they brought in a por…

PositiveI am not sure I can give you a good assessment as I do not go to the facility but maybe once a year. All I know is my sister-in-law is pleased with the service she gets and they send her to the hospital when she is ailing.
★★★★★
PositiveI know how difficult a decision this is for families and I feel confident that this facility is a good choice. We toured 5 other places and they were all impressive, Aviva had the best location for us. The facility is very bright and pleasant. There are many staff members always around and watching the clients should they need help getting up and using their walkers and wheelchairs. They keep everyone busy with different activities and they monitor the health of each person with monthly checkups with a doctor. If …

PositiveSell it really works for residents. Food in doing room needs upgrades, at least while [name removed] was eating there!
★★★★★
PositiveI really do not have any opinion on the staff except that the director is full of energy and goes out of her way to make things work. The studio apartment has plenty of room and a lot of closet space. The step-up shower is not the easiest to use if you have mobility issues.
★★★★★
PositiveI visit my aunt at Aviva often. Everyone I have met or talked with, are terrific. I see that staff watches out for the residents, and care so much for them. When entering the building, the first person one sees is [name removed]. What a gem she is! [name removed] knows all the visitors, all the residents and all of the staff members. [name removed] interacts well with everyone and treats everyone with great respect. [name removed] is Aviva. She is a ray of sunshine for all of us!
