I would definitely rate them as a 5+. They kept [name removed] very clean, and they valued our opinion. [name removed] enjoyed her menu and didn't hesitate to ask them for whatever she needed. I even enjoyed meeting with the residents. They were more than a rehab facility.

We don't have another place to compare it to though, except other family in places 12 - 20 years ago. They go out of their way to accommodate my family member's needs, medically, physically, foodwise, and emotionally. The room is just right. The bathroom is larger than some that we toured. They have a daily current events/trivia update. There are sitting exercises, crafts, bingo and cards. They really decorate well for holidays and have special menus for the holiday.
