Staff is fabulous. Low ratio of caregivers to elderly . Good food , quiet and calm. Always extremely clean & odor free . Great communication. Mom likes it there.

We chose Caraway because of the response time from the staff, the level of caring and respect. Both of which were poor where she was previously. Privately owned and hands on operated. What the administration told me about Caraway when I toured sounded too good to be true- it actually is true.

I was met and toured by the actual owner . She is a life long senior care giver who went to school and studied “geriology”. She had become fed up with corporately operated facilities, like the one I needed to move my mom out of, so she bought the property that is now Caraway. Everything she promised me- and then the Director also- has been true. The entire staff from admin to caregivers to maintenance man have been nothing but loving, respectful and tremendously attentive. The owner said straight out that they tole…

CriticalSeemed like a trashy facility. It smelled right when we walked in. There were cats running around and it was just dirty. Definitely not a place I would recommend, we were turned off right away.
