PositiveThe staff were very friendly and professional. You could see where they are doing a complete renovation on the facility and the first class materials that they are using to complete the renovation. ★★★★★
CriticalUnderstaffed many shifts, long waits on call lights many times more than an hour. Poor communication between residents, administration and aides. Room cleaning is very poor. Food is adequate. Activities are ok but not very dynamic. Trouble getting laundry done. Saw cockroach in the building. Trouble getting assistance for a once per week shower. Dining room is understaffed.

PositiveAll the staff at Aberdeen Heights is very friendly which has allowed [name removed] to really relax. The storage space in our apartment is more than adequate. The occasional outings to local restaurants are a nice break. We are very pleased.
★★★★★
CriticalIt has gone down hill dramatically since the previous director retired and they got rid of the wonderful Activities Director.

PositiveThey have been nothing but amazing to my Dad. They were so welcoming to my sister and I, they put at us at ease on entering the facility! They have kept us updated and have even giving suggestions for hospice.
