CriticalA new person had just started running the place. We didn't meet her on our tour. Everyone was wonderful that we met. Within a month, all of those people quit. Service was nothing like we were assured by the staff we met. The chef fed us when we were on our tour. Hot, fresh, tasted great. Very impressed. If we had toured after the turn over, we would not have signed our mom up.

CriticalOverall rating is based on cleanliness mainly. Mom is 94 and slow moving. Kind of a loner. $[fee removed] a month rental was way better and they have a hair salon in the building What I have seen for food is a 5. They also take elderly waivers if you spent a minimum of $[fee removed] of our own money. It's pretty quiet there. Many have severe Alzheimer's and dementia.

PositiveMy mother and father, both love the staff very much. Most of them are very caring . As far as the meals my Mother and Father were both not picky eaters ever as we were growing up. However they said the food was rarely good! Terrible most of the time!

PositiveThey were great and an excellent place for my mom (she is 88.) She is thriving, happy. They take excellent care of her and ensure she is engaged in activities. The staff are so engaged and there is plentiful, rational is low = staff to residents. Activities offered is consistent and a variety. They seek out residents to get them engaged. From the time we met originally with a tour, to the ongoing engagement with the director, she is always around and hands in to the staff and the respect they have to the residents …

PositiveThe care staff are so nice and helpful. I can honestly say that I haven't met anyone I don't like. They genuinely seem to care about the residents there. We also LOVE that it's an all Alzheimer's facility. The staff is specially trained to handle issues with dementia.
