They were FANTASTIC to work with when my uncle was alive they bent over backwards for him. HOWEVER when he passed [date removed] I was owed a substantial refund because I prepaid and he passed a lot quicker than we thought he would...I am STILL waiting for my check and trying to get in touch with anyone was extremely difficult

our families experience

i would vote them all a 5 i highly recommend the assisted living here. they are very caring staff. The activities may be a four they're in search of a new director.

great place for my mom

The staff has been wonderful and helpful. the assisted-living section of the facility is always clean and doesn't smell. The activities lack a little bit for somebody who is blind like my mother she cannot do bingo and some of the other things they offer but if it's somebody that can do that they are they are great.

Our Experience

Our problem there was office staff. The people working with my mother were excellent. But office staff never responded to voicemails. They come in a 11am and I don't know when they left. I tried to contact [name removed] several times to no avail. The person answering the phone, after I told her my mother had died and I needed to talk to [name removed] didn't offer condolences. When I told her it would be nice if, in the future she did, she said she wasn't that kind of person.

Very friendly and professional, seems like a great place to live for dad, who is very excited to move in.
