I found staff and residents to be extremely warm and friendly. They have many activities for the women but not enough for the male residents. Generally meals were just fair to ok. Breakfast was the best and enjoyed by most. Sorry I can't comment on apartment size because I don't have a lot of background in this. I believe many of the staff went beyond normal caring that would be expected from an assisted living facility.

I would have to say that I am extremely satisfied with Brookdale at Eddy Pond West. So, that would be a 5 out of 5 across the board. Everyone there has been and continues to do everything they can to make a difficult situation bearable. If I had to go through the experience of placing family in a residence best suited for their needs, I would not hesitate to consult A Place for Mom.

My loved one loves the food, she gets her apartment cleaned and laundry done which are fine. She has become very outgoing and is now a resident ambassador who shows new residents around to get them acclimated.
