In the quiet residential areas of Katy and Richmond, Texas are two, spacious yet homey communities welcoming you home to Agape Heritage Homes — where we offer assisted living and memory care services. Let the serenity wash over you while admiring our beautifully landscaped grounds, or chuckle with fellow residents while lounging in our charming common areas. The ways to enjoy your days here are many. At Agape Heritage Homes, we pride ourselves on creating a family-like environment. By keeping a high caregiver-to-resident ratio, we’re able to get to know each resident individually to understand their unique needs. Knowing residents’ likes and dislikes allows us to alter our techniques in order to accommodate each individual’s unique needs. Residents also get to know each other on a more personal level, as our caregiving staff facilitates socialization and group activities throughout our community. We also offer assistance with Veterans Affairs benefits, so we may serve our veterans as they once served all of us. Community Amenities and Services Our professional and warm staff is specially trained to care for those with Alzhiemer’s and other dementia-related conditions. Staff is available around the clock to provide assistance with daily living activities, housekeeping, laundry, and more. Transportation services are also facilitated. A variety of therapists are available for restorative therapies or any other ongoing care needs. Residents are also provided with monthly wellness checks to accommodate any changing needs. For residents needing more advanced medical assistance, we offer medication management, diabetic care, and incontinence care, among several other tailored services. We believe that socialization makes a huge impact on our lives, which is why we encourage residents to join each other for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Seated around our family-style dining room table, residents can share stories and joke together like long-time friends. Exercise your body as well as your mind with our fitness classes and various educational learning programs. Our open common areas provide comfortable spaces to enjoy a variety of events and activities coordinated here at Agape Heritage Homes.
