★★★★★
PositiveIt was lunch time. And Temple Houston was only focused on that. Staff was friendly. needs a hair cut. His room smelled like dirty cloths and body oder. We spent about 40 minutes with him. Over all a nice facility. Been to visit a few times. We have played games with resident. All is good.
★★★★★
PositiveMy uncle has been at this facility a few years now. I visit him often and have come to know his friends and the staff. The staff are amazing, they treat him and the other residents, truly like family. They joke and tease with them, laughing and making the moments special and silly all at the same time. The kitchen staff know his preferences and make sure he has something that he likes and will eat at every meal. I can’t say enough good things about them. The front desk people recognize me and know who I’m there to …
★★★★★
PositiveI have been extremely impressed by how much the staff truly cares about the residents. They have all gone above and beyond to help my mom feel welcome. They really do go out of their way to serve the residents. My mom and I both feel extremely blessed to have found The Waterford at Baytown. It has given me great peace of mind as I work full time and I know she is safe and well taken care of. (My mom also loved the food.)
