The Gardens of Bellaire

The best care for my Uncle.

The staff was friendly and caring. Communication with them was good. Although I was in Ny, not in Texss with my uncle, whenever I was there to visit, the room was clean and organized. He was showered and dressed, even when I stopped in when they staff was unaware I would be visiting.

The weekday staff takes very good care of our mother; the weekend staff not as good. On weekends there would be issues with her wheelchair or they would call & say she was out of this or that. Mother always enjoyed playing bingo & she enjoyed the food.

Our experience

Friendliness of staff, people, excursions, food, and overall feel of just being in that environment. Yes, I would recommend The Gardens of Bellaire to other families, I love it here.

The staff was friendly and answered all questions. The facility is clean and beautifully decorated. The food was delicious ss we dined there 2 times.

Our Families Experience

Before going to The Gardens my mother could walk fairly well. Shortly after moving in she was put in a wheelchair to move from place to place. This took away her ability to walk. I would make sure they encourage the resident to walk as much as possible without the use of a wheelchair.

Would definitely recommend

Everything was a 10! I thoroughly enjoyed living there! The staff were wonderful, friendly, and always willing to be of service, that included the laundry staff and the cleaning staff. The caregivers were wonderful and always looking to help in any way possible. The food was exceptional. Two choices of entrees at lunch and dinner. [name removed], in charge of food service, created a menu for me of low salt items.
