I like verdia in the office very much. We don't have full time maintaining and it shows. The security is broken so we habe to use our keys. That is a huge inconvenience. The residence are friendly and quick to organize a new group. The front windows are really dirty. The kitchens are tiny! The stove is missing a clock and z timer which is inconvenient. No microwave is a big deal. My toilet is up so high my feet barely touch the ground. My curtian is hung so low that my shower curtian and liner drag on the floor by …

I picked this community because of the location. This is an active community..the updated vestibule is impressive..rooms are adequate sizes and they respond to updates in rooms in a timely manner..the landscaping is beautiful & their walking paths around the lakes with the swans are perfect!

PositiveAnswer to a Prayer
We looked around for a couple years for independent living on one level, that was not an apartment. The floor plan of our duplex is great, the neighbors very friendly & helpful, & the staff very responsive to our needs. It is beautifully landscaped , with swans in each pond. We also found it more affordable than most of the other places that we looked at.

They're very accommodating, they keep things very clean, and the apartments are really nice. They're not claustrophobic, they have a nice layout, and the bathrooms are beyond ginormous. So far I've only spoken to the manager, and so far that interaction has been good. She knew exactly who I was, and I hadn't even introduced myself. So that was pretty impressive.
