It's been a top notch first rate experience

Rating is 5 stars based on the experience so far which about 7 months. My mom did try the food which she said was delicious. Every request my mom has made about the cottage has been responded to quickly and taken care of. Although my mom had not participated in any activities, she gets a monthly schedule and email invites/reminders go out constantly.

This is a nice facility for people interested in independent living since its primary attraction is the cottages scattered around the area. Each separate building offers a home for people used to living in stand alone houses. This means a continuation of having a house to take care of. If people want a more communal lifestyle, then there is a large apartment like structure that is very suited to assisted living. That building is the main activity point of the community. You can participate as much or as little as you want. The people are very friendly and inviting. Based on the experience I have had so far, I have recommended this community to others and will continue to do so.

Beautiful home

We love it here. Very helpful our home is beautiful maintenance guy is wonderful some thing goes out and he fixes it so no complaints. Would recommend it to my friends and family. We can do as much activities as we wish . So glad we found this place. We looked at quite a few places . Best home for the money . If we wish to sell we would get 90 percent of our Money back. Not too many places like this.

The Lakes and Superior at Waterford review

Care services do not apply as we are in an independent living duplex and we have not yet dined on the campus. Due to Covid concerns, the dining room opened to independent living guests last week. We are very pleased with our Superior/Lakes duplex on the Alden of Waterford campus. The staff is very pleasant and always responsive to pleasant and accommodating.
