PositiveCaring staff
It is a smaller / older facility without the "whistles and bells" of newer older facility. The lack of these extras keeps the cost lower and these amenities would not be used by my mother. WRT staff, activities, food, housekeeping - all are adequate. There are no kitchenettes in any rooms. Although my mother would not use the kitchenette it would be convenient for her visitors to be able to make a cup of tea or snack for her.

Very friendly. When we went to visit the facility to see if my mom would like it we took her with us. They invited her to join them in one of their activities and she joined right in without hesitation. That's how I knew she looked very comfortable to be there. All the workers were very helpful to me and answered everything I asked them. So I felt comfortable as well

Clean, lovely staff. I would definitely recommend. I liked how visitors were always welcome, the activity staff and aids were very nice, they had an outside garden area that was enclosed and the residents could enjoy in nicer weather. My mom's first day everyone was so welcoming, the residents and the staff.
