She's involved in Pace and likes it very much. She's also happy with the meals served at American House. She's accepted that this is her final home. She likes her large room.

The apartment size is spacious, and the staff is very friendly. The facilities are well maintained, and the price is good. The third-party support staff may not always be as efficient, but they are trustworthy. The only issue has been with the technology related to drafting payments and generating receipts.

The office assistant showed us around but was unable to answer many of our questions. The villa we saw was nice and clean. I called for a follow-up, requesting to look at the floor plan for a 2 bedroom 2 bath villa. I spoke with the same assistant who walked us through the tour. It would be a five but sometimes the medical staff members were rude, pushy or on their phones. Yes I'd recommend it to others. They also need to fix the walk way that leads to the courtyard. No residents were able to go into their beautiful courtyard because the pathway was not suitable.

You need to ask a separate question about the medical team, because they are technically separate! You pay a separate bill and they technically do not work for American House, but they are certainly part of the reason they are getting a 4 instead of a 5. So maybe you should ask the quality of medical (nursing) care and friendliness of nursing staff. Maybe those should be questions 9 and 10.
