Critical

Room for improvement

Staff is attentive but short staffed. Observed a patient fall in DR and no one around to help. Room was clean on arrival but not cleaned weekly. Dining room often not cleaned between meals with dirty tables and food in floor. Room is adequate size. Shower is very small for a 6 ft 3 male. Evening staff seems frustrated with patients not staying in bed. I was told at admission that the would not be an issue.

[name removed] was amazing. She answered all our questions fully. The residents were happy and everyone knew each other's names. I respect how much they celebrate vets and have a full spectrum of health support; pt, ot, and behavioural health.
