CriticalSafe and clean
It's safe and clean. The issue that I have is that from the time we arrive to now there are substantially cut their staff and it's obvious. We've hired additional caretakers the supplement there needs to ensure my mom is cared for properly. Hopefully, they will reach staff to see more better quality of people. The ones they lost were gems.

When we worked with [name removed] who was the director there we were able to get our questions answered. He even used to call me daily. Well the day before we moved [name removed] in to American House [name removed] transferred and was replaced by [name removed]. She is not very friendly and when you ask questions you can't really get a complete answer. So we are very disappointed in that aspect. Otherwise the nurses and caregivers there are friendly and [name removed] actually leaves his room to eat in the cafete…
