They seem understaffed, the response time to nursing calls is very long, not sure if this is normal as this is my first experience with nursing homes. We have no basis of comparison and only had a day to find a place. I found the whole industry a bit frustrating because several places wouldn’t clearly share their pricing until after asking detailed questions about her finances.

Staff very friendly and professional. We have used Oakton several times for my disabled brother while we were out of town. They were very accommodating to his needs. We would certainly look to Generations Oakton Arms in the future, either as temporary or if necessary, permanent housing.
